Calvin Sneed, senior news anchor at WTVC-TV in Chattanooga, grew up in Kingsport’s African-American community of Riverview and graduated from the all-black Douglass High School in the years before integration. Mr. Sneed’s interview provides a unique glimpse into the history of Douglass and Riverview.
